Currently, NRLean is advising the company to increase resource efficiency. To increase material efficiency, starting points and their potential with regard to reducing material consumption and stock levels are determined.
Changes in the customer and order structure in recent years require more efficient manufacturing methods, optimized organizational processes and a better material flow. Together with the employees, production and order processing processes are analyzed, potential for resource savings is identified and quantified, and measures are derived.
This ensures that the results achieved can be successfully implemented over years for the company and the environment.
